With the end of the Public Health Emergency (also referred to as the “PHE”), continuous Medicaid coverage has now ended. It is critical that all Medicaid recipients check their benefit status and update their information with the Department of Children and Families. Individuals may be eligible for another health coverage option, or another type of Medicaid. Moving forward, those applying for renewal must get their application re-submitted by the 15th of each month for eligibility and the possibility of continued benefits.
