At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 4, 2017, Commissioner Valeche presented certificates of appreciation to Carman Vare and Jena McNeal for their outstanding work with the Andrew “Red” Harris foundation in creating and enhancing marine environments in Palm Beach County. Scott Harris was also presented with a certificate of appreciation for his efforts in leading the Andrew “Red” Harris Foundation’s team of dedicated professional.
