At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Nov. 7, 2023, Commissioner Barnett presented a certificate of recognition to South University PA-C Program Director Kristen Smethurst, DMSc, for her contributions to the Back to School Program by helping to provide school physicals and vision screenings to students in need.
