At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Nov. 7, 2023, Commissioner Marino presented proclamations recognizing the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce and its President/CEO Noel Martinez. The Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce was selected as Chamber of the Year by the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals. The chamber represents more than 750 business members and plays a pivotal role in fostering economic growth, collaboration and prosperity. Its president/CEO, Noel Martinez, was selected as Executive of the Year for his notable leadership qualities, accomplishments, education through professional development and enhancement of the chamber profession.
