On Monday, Feb. 27, Commissioner Michael A. Barnett met with the Criminal Justice Commission to discuss fentanyl overdoses. Following the meeting, Commissioner Barnett toured the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office, where he witnessed two autopsies, both overdoses.
“Fentanyl is a plague and this office sees four or five overdoses each day. Thank you to Assistant County Administrator Reginald Duren and the Medical Examiner’s Office staff for this education,” said Commissioner Barnett.
