The Office of Community Revitalization, Lessing’s Hospitality Group d/b/a The Pelican Club, PBSO Community Policing Deputies, and Commissioner Marino rolled up their sleeves at the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center on November 21 to hand out more than 150 turkeys and farm-fresh vegetables to four revitalization target neighborhoods. Limestone Creek, Kennedy Estates, Cabana Colony and Roan Lane residents were ensured a Thanksgiving meal due to the generosity of Lessing’s Hospitality Group, which provided donations to Living Hungry, Inc., an organization that distributes food to local communities in need.
