On March 3, 2022, Palm Beach County Mayor Robert S. Weinroth and Vice Mayor Gregg K. Weiss joined Supervisor
of Elections Wendy Sartory Link to host the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Supervisor of Elections
Headquarters. The new facility will collocate the main office building and the leased production facility at
the county's Cherry Road Complex in West Palm Beach.
The headquarters, with approximately 156,000 square feet, will serve as a combined office and warehouse
space, including administrative office spaces, training rooms, call center, early voting, canvassing,
opening/tabulation/auditing, secure ballot storage, records retention areas, vote by mail processing and
voting equipment warehouse.
A three-story parking garage of approximately 146,000 square feet, as well as additional surface parking for
both public and staff use, will also be built on the site.
The project is expected to be completed in November 2023.
