Commissioner Marino presented Certificates of Recognition from the Board of County Commissioners to six
North County members of Troop 173 who achieved the highest honor for a Boy Scout – the rank of Eagle
Scout. A Court of Honor ceremony took place on November 6 at First United Methodist Church in Jupiter.
The scouts honored included Patrick Conrad, Oleg Conrad, Matthew Einkauf, Michael Hobbs, Logan Newell
and Steven Oberst.
