Select a Company profile radio button. The tab page also explains the purpose of each account type. Click the Continue button to proceed..
To ensure that the company name and address do not already exist in the database, search by entering a partial company name and then click the search button.
If there are no matches a message indicating that the company name is not is not the database.
Enter the required fields:
Company Name Alphanumeric(60),
Office name (default is main),
Phone number Alphanumeric(10),
Optional Fields:
Fax Number Alphanumeric(10),
Cell numbers Alphanumeric(10),
E-mail Address Alphanumeric(80).
Click Continue button to proceed.
Enter company physical and mailing Address.
Required Fields:
Mail Street Number - Alphanumeric (10)
Mail Street Name - Alphanumeric (30)
Mail City - Alphanumeric (30)
Mail State – Drop down list
Mail Zip - Alphanumeric (5)
Mail Country - Drop down list
Optional Fields:
Mail Street Fraction - Alphanumeric (4).
Mail Street Pre Dir - Drop down list.
Mail Street Suffix - Drop down list
Mail Street Post Dir - Drop down list.
Mail Street Apt/Bldg/Unit - Drop down list.
Mail Unit No - Alphanumeric (6).
Mail Bldg Name - Alphanumeric (30).
Mail Zip Code Extension - Alphanumeric (4).
Click the Continue button.
Review information on the confirmation tabs and click the Submit button to complete the registration.
Click the Logout or Home links to exit. The registration will be approved by Engineering Dept. after a short review, please logout or click the Home link. The system sends a confirmation e-mail to the registrant and the e-mail address on the Account Tab.
