Breeder Permits

For information about obtaining a Hobby Breeder’s permit, a permit to legally breed dogs or cats in Palm Beach County, 561-233-1209 or 1227 or e-mail pbcacc@pbcgov.org.

The annual permit fee is $150, which is due in January of each year.  See Ordinance 98-22, Section 28 and 29 for detailed information on requirements for pet sterilization and Hobby Breeder permits.
