
Okeeheelee Nature Camp
Where Nature All-Stars Shine
Okeeheelee Nature Camp is a place where children are invited to explore Florida’s natural environment while making friends and having fun. Campers will learn to respect themselves, nature and others as they participate in nature walks, arts and crafts, canoeing, fishing, field trips and much, much more! By working with energetic and caring staff, campers will have a well rounded experience.

Program Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Drop-off: 7:30am – 9:00am. Pick up: 4:00 – 5:30pm.
Fee: $185 per session (includes all supplies and field trips).
The camper to counselor ratio is twelve campers per one counselor.

As all-star Eco-Explorers, campers will discover what wild adventures are lurking throughout Florida. Each session includes archery, games, crafts, field trips and many other fun activities such as biking, snorkeling, seining, and even a ropes course!

Registration Information
NEW FOR 2009! LOTTERY REGISTRATION:
Registration for the camp lottery runs from Wednesday, April 1 - Friday, April 3 at the registration desk in the administration building at John Prince Park. Families will be notified between April 7-10 if their child(ren) have been selected to attend camp.
After families have been notified, full payment for the first 2 sessions and registration forms must be brought to John Prince Park’s administration building by April 17. Failure to pay by this date will forfeit your child(ren)’s spot and a participant from the waiting list will be selected. Payment for remaining sessions is due by June 15.
Ages are as of September 1, 2009.
John Prince Park’s administration building is located at 2700 6th Ave. S, Lake Worth, Florida, 33461 just east of Congress Ave.
