*Should your event require additional clean-up past the scheduled staff breakdown time,
an additional $15 per hour/per person will be charged.
- Tax Exemption: Any person or representative for a group who wants their rental fee to be tax exempt MUST have a copy of their group's valid Consumer's Certificate of Exemption. The name of the organization, as it appears on a check or credit card, MUST match the name on the certificate.
- Weekend Use: All use of the facility on Saturdays and Sundays, except picnic pavilion and athletic field use, is subject to a four-hour minimum plus an additional $15 per hour for staff overtime.
- Liquor Liability Insurance: Liquor liability insurance is required for consumption. Rates vary based on size of group. Price is subject to change.
