What:
The Therapeutic Recreation Complex is offering Yoga Classes for all levels of ability!

Where:
Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department’s Therapeutic Recreation Complex, located at 2728 Lake Worth Road, just 2/10 of a mile east of Congress Avenue, in Lake Worth. From I-95, exit at 6th Avenue S. and go west to Congress Avenue. Turn right onto Congress and go about one mile to Lake Worth Road. Turn right onto Lake Worth Road and go 2/10 mile to the 2nd turn on your right.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

12:00–1:00 pm

$40 for an 8-class session
