COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY RUSSO CONSULTING
Number of Participants: Varies (see below)
Days/Times Available: Monday - Friday / 1:00 - 6:00 pm
Length of Session: 1½ hours
Grades:  K - 12th 

Description:                  
Over the nine session period, students will learn many common terms and acronyms associated with computers as well they will be able to identify the major parts of the computer. Students will take the cover off the computer and learn to identify PC hardware by using a hands-on approach. Students will also learn the basic techniques used for trouble shooting their PC. These modules are designed to teach students the skills needed to build and install basic computer parts.

Option A:  $150 per session / Inclusive of supplies
With this option, your module can be developed around the needs of your afterschool program.
Number of Participants: 15
Total Cost: $1350                                               
Restrictions: A minimum of nine sessions required for this module. This module is progressive, same group of students recommended for each session. Must be able to supply a classroom with at least 10 outlets or extension cords, or a computer lab. One computer per child.

Option B:  $275 per session / Inclusive of all supplies
With this option, your module can be developed around the needs of your afterschool program.
Number of Participants: 10
Each student will receive their own personal computer to keep!
Total Cost: $2,475
Restrictions: A minimum of nine sessions required for this module. This module is progressive, same group of students recommended for each session. Must be able to supply a classroom with at least 10 outlets or extension cords, or a computer lab. One computer per child.

Days/Times Available: Monday - Friday
Length of Session: 1 hour
Grades:  6th - 8th

Description:                  
DimensionM™ is an immersive video game world that engages students in the instruction and learning of mathematics through a series of missions that bring math into a world that today’s students understand. Students become so captivated in solving problems that they forget they’re learning, but they don’t forget what they’ve learned. Using the latest 3-D, first-person video game technology, students complete missions by entering reality-based environments where they challenge themselves in single-player format and measure their scores against students from across the nation. DimensionM™ is aligned to Florida state standards.

Description:                  
The mission for your students will be to assemble various machines, models and robotic creatures while conducting experiments with motion, force, energy, and magnetism. Their models are brought to life with addition of motors, generators, gears and renewable energy (like wind). This is an ideal introduction for students interested in participating in more advanced Robotics programs as well as for those future “engineers” who simply love to build things and find out how machines work.

REAL WORLD DVD MR. MIKE RAFFONE
Number of Participants: 15 to 30
Days/Times Available: Monday - Friday / Time Flexible
Length of Session: 1 hour
Grades:  6th - 12th

Description;                  
REAL WORLD DVD will give your program participants the chance to create a total multi-media look inside the heart and soul of their own world. Mr. Mike Raffone will provide everything needed for each individual to produce their own DVD project including: music and rap tracks, 35 mm photography, live video images and audio narration. Each element is in the control of your participants. Mr. Mike Raffone will produce the final REAL WORLD DVD with today’s state-of-the-art special effects and digital editing software.

Description:                  
Look and sound like your favorite star. Easy and fun to create your very own music CD using extensive library of Karaoke tracks featuring the latest hits. By the end of this 4 or 5 session module, everyone will have a CD to keep with a personalized cover and photo with their very own biography on the back cover.

Description:                  
Playing video games is easy, but how about having your students learn how to create their own! In these sessions, students will learn basic computer game programming, which includes developing the storyline, the characters and the artwork for a computer-based video game. They’ll also get an opportunity to build skills in problem solving, critical thinking, math, logic-even reading and literacy. And the best news is that the final game is theirs to keep, to play at home and to share with their friends.
