Features fundamentals of ocean life guarding including rescue techniques, rescue equipment, marine hazards, marine ecology, and marine life awareness. Also, includes kayaking, snorkeling, rescue boat, swimming, running, and lifeguard competitions. Taught by Palm Beach County Ocean Lifeguards in an atmosphere that promotes teamwork, respect and self esteem.
