Commissioner Kanjian Addresses Graduation of Fire-Rescue Class #54

Commissioner Bob Kanjian spoke first to the graduates and urged them to become involved in their local communities.  Then he addressed a message to their families about the need to support their loved ones who were now firefighters who are performing hazardous duties every day.  In making this comment, he related his own experiences as a child in his family supporting his father who was a police officer with the District of Columbia, encountering the dangers of law enforcement daily.
