The Human Resources and Payroll section coordinates all aspects of ISS that involve the acquisition, retention and management of human resources to meet the service demands of the department. This responsibility starts from monitoring vacant positions through the selection process, and includes the on-boarding process for new employees. The section maintains employee records, monitors leave balances and generates management reports to assist in tracking overtime. In addition, the section manages all personnel issues of a confidential nature including the FMLA paperwork and procedures. Our HR staff is naturally discrete in dealing with issues of a sensitive nature. They ensure that accurate time records are submitted to payroll, and are extremely conscientious.
