To help ensure that the software applications developed by ISS meet and exceed the quality expectations of its customers. This is accomplished by:
- Direct involvement throughout the life cycle of application development
- Participation in the definition of the functional specification and data model
- Development of the Graphical User Interface (GUI) specification and System manual
- Training of the end users along with generating the training materials
- Testing of the application during all phases of development content
