    • ezInfo is a module within the ePZB system that was primarily designed to assist the public with questions related to DRO Comments and proposed Conditions for either the Zoning Commission or Board of County Commissioners. It also encompasses additional features like the PCN Wizard, FAQs and the Plant Information Database. As more information becomes available in ePZB, staff will be adding additional categories for the user to search relevant information pertaining to PZB.

It automates the addressing functions of PZB, including Street Name Reservation, Creating and Editing Addresses, Viewing of Plats and the download of parcel information from the Property Appraiser system.     • The system is integrated with the PBSO IMACS booking system. An automated job runs twice a day (0600 and 0800 hrs) and downloads the PBSO IMACS booking and interview sheets. It is their job to interview arrested clients before they go to first appearance Once they are assigned to Supervised OR, counselors monitor their activity by weekly reporting meetings and monitoring the assigned court ordered behavior conditions. Elder Justice deals with clients, sixty years or older, that are either arrested or issued a notice to appear or a traffic violation. They interview the client and appear with them during first appearance and monitor any further court appearances. Drug Court deals with clients arrested on a drug charge, referred by a court agency or transferred in from other circuits. This office works with the State Attorney and the Public Defender. If they are accepted into the program, they are assigned a treatment phase. A treatment phase involves regularly scheduled drug court appearances, scheduled therapy sessions, scheduled drug testing and the attendance of AA/NA meetings. Based on the type of charges and the clients history the phases vary in severity. This program lasts a minimum of one year and if the client successfully completes the program and graduates, their drug criminal record may be expunged. .

      • The Capital Improvement Project (CIP) application will allow Water Utilities to track its capital improvement projects that are created to manage the construction of the Utility's infrastructure. Phase 2 is targeted specifically to manage the Contracts and Projects that are created under 3-year Master Contracts.

    • Communication Tracking System (COM)
    • Customer Information System (CIS)
      • CIS manages the monthly billing for water and wastewater service supplied by WUD. It has facilities for managing all of the processes required for installation and maintenance of service locations including work orders and service fees. CIS is the central repository for customer and account information such as mailing addresses and contact information.

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
      • The CRM system which is currently under development will be used by an enhanced Water Utilities Call Center. It will allow customer service representatives to record contact information and assist in determining the resolution path by assigning a code for each call that comes into the center. Such calls may be handled through CIS for Account Related issues or Service Orders or through Maximo for Service Request and Work Orders. The CRM system will interface with both Maximo and CIS systems to track and display all information for a given incident, service location or a customer contact. The CRM system is the proposed solution to replace COM. This new system should be capable of taking all customer complaints and route them to either CIS or Maximo based on the service type and will primarily be used as a Customer Relationship Management system.

      • DTS helps WUD manage the development of new service locations in the Department's service area. It tracks Standard Developer Agreements and associated Plans until meters actually get released and placed in service. At that point, DTS creates the new accounts in CIS for monthly service billing.
